Dumbbell Chest Press with Lying Straight Leg Raise
Start by lying on the ground or on a bench on your back (you will be more supported on the ground so that is easier) and your legs in the air. Press your dumbbells over your chest and while arms are extended, lower your legs down parallel to the floor as low as you can, then back up to the starting position, then lower dumbbells back down toward your shoulders/ chest.
