GHD Back Extension
You can do these on a GHD as seen in the video or on a the back extension equipment many gyms have. You want to begin by facing the floor and your whole upper body parallel to the ground. Lower down as far as you can one vertebrae at a time, which will be a nice stretch in your back and hamstrings, but stay engaged. Then raise up, one vertebrae at a time back to parallel to the floor. You can squeeze your glutes on the way up, but try to focus on using your lower back.
