PB Cup Smoothie

I say this is a bedtime smoothie because the casein protein in cottage cheese is slow digesting. Plus, the fat in the peanut butter in the PB Cup Smoothie, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, will slow down the digestion process even further.
Ingredients:
6 oz unsweetened almond milk

1 T Natural Peanut Butter
Ice
