Lateral Band Walk

You can use a short (mini band) wrapped around your ankles, a longer band such as the one in the video, or the resistance bands with handles.  If you use one of the latter two, begin with the band under the arch of your feet, then step naturally wide either to the right or left. Follow with the other foot, always keeping some tension on the band.
