Jump Rope
Hold your jump rope in your hands and toss it in front of your body and jump over it, then repeat. Hold the handles of your jump rope slightly away from your hips and slightly in front of your body so if you look down you can see them in your peripheral vision.
Jumping rope is part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as it is a good way to increase your heart rate.
