Resistance Band Torso Twist
Begin by wrapping a resistance band around a sturdy pole and hold the band with both hands. Stand directly to the side of where the band is hooked up and your arms are fully extended in front of you. Initiate the motion with your abs and twist ONLY YOUR UPPER BODY away from the pole or rig.
