Stability Ball Exchanges

Lie on your back holding a stability ball between your two hands, overhead. Raise your arms and legs at the same time, exchanging the ball from your hands, to your feet, then lower your arms and legs at the same time again, with the ball between your feet. Then, after you tap the ball on the floor, raise your arms and legs at both times again, exchanging the ball from your feet to your hands, then lower your arms and legs again, tapping the ball on the floor.
