Stability Ball Rear Delt Flyes

Start seated on the stability ball with your upper body bent over so it’s facing the floor. With one dumbbell in each hand, bring your dumbbells from your sides up and out, away from your body laterally. You can also do Stability Ball Rear Delt Flyes just by bending over while standing.
