X-Chops
Start with feet slightly wider than hip distance and your toes pointing slightly outward. Hold one dumbbell in your hands at your left shoulder, then bring them diagonally across your body to your right hip, then back up to your left shoulder, dynamically. Do the same from your right shoulder to left hip.
