Rise and Grind Smoothie

Clean Eating, vegetarian, vegan, low carb diet

This rise and grind smoothie is my favorite of all my smoothies on a low carb diet. The caffeine from the coffee is a great pick me up when you wake up.

 
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed coffee (room temperature)
1 scoop About Time chocolate protein powder (Use the code KWF for 25% off)
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1T peanut butter
Ice

 
Directions:
Blend.
