Resistance Band Chest Flys
Secure resistance band to something, then hold the handles in each hand and walk away from where the band is secured with your back to it. Extend your arms out by your sides with your elbows slightly bent, then bring your hands together in front of you like you are giving a giant bear hug, then go back to the start.
