Almond Flour Pancakes

These almond flour pancakes, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, are very dense, so very filling. Make sure your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup of apple sauce
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp heated coconut oil
1 Tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. The batter will be very thick.
Drop 1/4 cup onto a lightly-oiled, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. You might want to shape the pancakes with the scoop to keep them from being too thick.
Flip like a normal pancake when the bubbles start showing up on the top.
Serve with a 1/2 T of grassfed butter and/ or 1 T real maple syrup.**
