Blue & Green Pancakes
Clean eating, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free
Don’t let the name throw you off, these blue and green pancakes, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, are a great way to get more veggies at breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
1/4 scoop vanilla or birthday cake About Time protein powder
1/4 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Mix all but syrup in a bowl. Turn heat up on frying pan. Pour onto pan until one side cook, then flip and cook until cooked through. Top with syrup.
