Meg has lost over 30 pounds doing Crossfit and following a healthy, modified Paleo diet, but her weightloss has stalled. She believes she can lose another 20 pounds. She also wants to feel more energized throughout her day, move faster in her metcons and lift heavier. She wants to know the best way to lose weight from here.
