Quinoa & Edamame Mix

Clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, grain free

Ingredients:
1 cup dry quinoa
1.5 cups carrot juice
.5 cup water
1 cup edamame (no shells)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cilantro to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Put carrot juice & water in a pot and bring to boil.  Add quinoa and let simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.  Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
