Roasted Cauliflower Head
Seriously low maintenance side of veggies.
Clean eating, vegan, vegetarian, keto, Paleo, Primal, gluten free, grain free, dairy free
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head
6T olive oil
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cut off green leaves from base of cauliflower. Rub oil all over cauliflower and sprinkle garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Roast in oven for about 30 – 40 minutes or until brown.
