Protein Not-So Sugary Cookies

 

A super delicious, healthier version of sugar cookies.

Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, vegetarian, keto, low carb, clean eating.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla or birthday cake About Time protein powder
1 large egg
4 – 5 T unsweetened original almond milk
2 T coconut oil
5 tsp stevia
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Blend flour, egg, baking powder, baking soda, stevia, vanilla, 4 T almond milk and salt together. Melt coconut oil and add that as well. If mixture is still too crumbly, add the last T of almond milk.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray baking sheet, and spoon out cookies onto sheet. This recipe should yield 10 cookies.
