I learned about Kyra Williams Fitness through an acquaintance of mine and I signed up for the basic membership of daily workout routines back last fall and didn’t commit. At the time I was trying to run and struggling with a heart rate issue and I quit. Then in January, I signed up again. My workout buddy had quit on me and I wanted a schedule of workout routines, so I rejoined. It just so happened, another round of #Commit2Fit was starting and I was serious about learning to eat right and be fit.

My first round of #Commit2Fit was he best experience ever! Life-changing. I literally look forward to every Saturday night when I get the next week’s work-outs.

I was able to get off beta blockers for my SVT. Through eating right and strengthening my heart with high intensity interval training, I’m able to control it without medication.

Mentally, I proved to myself I CAN do it and I will.

Emotionally, I’m much happier and I have overcome fear and disbelief…I used to be terrified of going to the gym alone. Now I look forward to it everyday!

I’ve really benefited from the meal plan by earning to fuel my body and eat the right foods. I’ve been a picky eater all my life and have never been able to overcome the junk long term.

I’ve built so much confidence in myself, muscle definition, and a support system.
