When you look at where you are versus where you want to be, that can be kind of intimidating, right? Like, which path do I take? How long is that route going to take me? What stands in my way? Is that even the right thing? Let’s dive into these questions, reservations and fears…

If you came to me wanting to know how to go from having $500 to $50,000 in your bank account I couldn’t help you. If you asked me how to go from 300 Instagram followers to 3,000, I couldn’t help you there either. But if you want to know how to go from weighing 165 to 150, I’m your girl.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2010. I’ve worked with women from 14 to 64. I’ve worked with women with thyroid and autoimmune issues. I’ve worked with women with cancer. I’ve worked with marathon runners. I’ve worked with CrossFit athletes. I’ve worked with mothers of ten kids. The amount of women I’ve gotten the experience and education of working with has been instrumental in being able to understand the needs of many.

My favorite thing about what I do is getting to pair each individual with a plan that meets the needs of their personality, DNA, body type, daily schedule, etc. So when someone comes to me that wants to lose their tummy flub and 3% body fat, but still wants to be able to eat cookies and cake, I can help them. Or when someone can only workout three times a week for 30 minutes at a time, I can still help her lose her baby weight.

When you look at where you are versus where you want to be, it’s up to me to fill in the gap or create the roadmap so that all you have to do is follow along. You don’t need to spend your time worrying about what you should eat for breakfast or if you should do legs or go for a run. (And chances are, if it’s up to you to make up a workout you will be more likely to skip because the creation of a plan requires mental energy. Then when you don’t create a good workout program you don’t get results and not getting results is super demotivating so skipping gets easier and then you REALLY don’t get results.)

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is super intimidating, but let me worry about that. I can arrange your workouts, your food and support you while you are doing it. And then all you have to do is start, because I tell you what.. if you make it two steps into your journey, that’s getting you a lot closer than had you not taken any action which just sets you further from that goal, or worse, you give up on that goal and then you feel like a loser. We don’t want that!!

This is what #Commit2Fit is about. It’s about handing off the worry to me while you simply take one step. It’s you telling me “I want to lose 2 dress sizes, have more energy and be able to look good in shorts,” and me setting you up on a meal plan and workout plan you CAN EASILY follow. Not something that consumes your life, but something that fits into your life fairly naturally.

Because here’s the thing.. life isn’t going to slow down. No time will ever be convenient. So you may as well just start now. Rip off the band aid and just begin.
