Bison Burgers

 

Low carb, gluten free

 

 

Simple and delicious, these Bison Burgers, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, are perfect for a cookout or a quick dinner on the grill.

 

 

Ingredients:

4 ounces ground bison

1 slice fat free American cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/ 4 cup chopped mushroom

1 T Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

 

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheese and pat into patty.  Fry on pan over medium-high heat, broil or grill.  Add cheese at the end.  Cooks like beef so it’s okay if it’s pink in the center.
