Several years ago I started #Commit2Fit as a program where I could work with women that wanted to lose fat, build muscle and get lean for 12 weeks on an individual basis. Over the last several years it has become SO much more..

When you join #Commit2Fit we will go over a lot of detailed information about you, including your daily calories burned, your daily schedule, what foods you like/ don’t like/ cannot eat, the foods you are eating currently, your current workout routines, your workout equipment available, how much time you can realistically dedicate to workout routines each week, your body type, your goals, etc. We will come together to create a workout program that meets your needs as well as a customized clean eating meal plan.

So yes, of course we do all of those things, but I pride myself on creating plans that meet you where you are right now. Yes, I am going to ask you to take steps forward, but I want to meet you where you are to help you get to where you want to be. It just doesn’t make sense to have someone go from zero workout routines to five a week. That is overwhelming, and my clients will be better off doing 2 – 3 a week, and building on that as they feel confident and motivated to do more rather than feeling overwhelmed and throwing in the towel because they feel like a failure.

But we talk about so much more than just “did you workout today?” It is my goal to help you understand why we do two leg days a week, or why we lift then do our HIIT workouts. I also often ask my clients to send me videos of themselves squatting, for example, so I can help with technique.

We also go into this much detail with nutrition as well, because I believe we are more likely to have success if we understand why we should follow our clean eating meal plan. I don’t want to just tell a client to eat two eggs and half a cup of oats for breakfast. I would prefer to teach them why it’s important to get protein and carbs at breakfast, allowing them to choose their own foods, but also understand how it’s benefiting them so they will continue to fuel themselves properly long term.

Additionally, I try to help each client with their own food associations, to work through their own issues with food and their body. If you don’t pay attention to your actions and recognize that when you have a meltdown, for example, you reach for sugar, then you will be less likely to change that habit. I want to help each client recognize her habits and how each food makes her feel so she can make long term changes.

I do not want my clients following their clean eating meal plan or workout plan blindly. I want to help each client understand why she is doing what she is doing to make the changes last long term, and I want her to find happiness in doing so.

We will also have a curriculum of other topics that are related to holistic health like gut function, brain function, Aryuveda, and even organization of our physical and mental spaces and clutter.

Health is holistic and since approaching it this way more clients have had success and maintained it, and they have become much more confident in the process. Just look at the changes in these women. Not just in their bodies, but in their facial expressions and posture..

So if you are looking for a program that is more than workout routines, a clean eating meal plan and me asking what you ate, and you want to be truly healthy, happy, energetic and confident, #Commit2Fit is for you.
