I originally found Kyra Williams Fitness on Facebook. I wanted to get into a regular workout routine and I liked that I had access to different daily workout routines each week.
I’ve participated in three of Kyra’s programs, all of which have been great. The Barbelle program was great for form improvement and to push to lift heavier. The Bikini Workout Program was good for mixing it up. But #Commit2Fit has been great for getting more in depth in getting in better shape all the way around and to get better with food relationship and working out. #Commit2Fit is also one of the the best because you get the most one on one.

I like that in #Commit2Fit Kyra calls me out when I need it, whether it’s food choices, not pushing it, etc. Also, it’s nice to have your eyes to point out improvements in photos. And the Facebook group is really supportive. But all groups are very supportive and helpful and a really safe space to post pics, whine, vent, etc.
#Commit2Fit is also a good way to get started on your personal fitness and health journey. Plus, unlike regular personal training, meal planning/ideas is involved. Plus, I get quick responses from Kyra or from the girls in the Facebook groups if I have questions.

I’m still working on me. I’ve learned it’s a journey, but I do workout pretty regularly and miss it when I don’t. I have had to get over myself. I still hold myself back from time to time, but I gotta keep pushing or I’ll never get better.
Health and fitness is a journey, not a destination. There will be ups and downs. It’s OK to “fail”. You will eat too much, drink too much or skip some daily workouts. But, get back to it. Everyone has had to reset and restart and you’ll feel better when you do.
I appreciate that Kyra puts herself out there – I find that really helpful. Seeing how she’s changed her body based on what she’s wanted to accomplish is inspiring. Also, seeing that it doesn’t just happen overnight, even for a person who is already in great shape. Seeing that a “skinny” person overdoes it from time to time and have down moments too. So many fitness types, influencers, models, etc only show their cheery happy sides and for out of shape people, I think it gives a false impression, that “once I’m skinny, I’ll be happy.”
