I kept seeing my friend’s posts and how she had changed her lifestyle and I was inspired so I contacted Kyra after asking my friend about what she was doing. I then began #Commit2Fit online personal fitness training.

At that time my goals were to work on my mommy pooch and to get rid of some of the flab on my arms. 

My experience was better than I ever imagined. I’ve never seen someone create such a positive, supportive group of women. I knew right off the bat that Kyra was an inspiration to us all. I love #Commit2Fit!
 
My mommy pooch is shrinking, my arms have some definition, and I just overall feel better about myself. Mentally, it’s given me the courage to push myself like I never have before. Emotionally, my relationships with people close to me are better overall and I’m happier with everyone else because I’m happier with myself. 
 
The support and encouragement from this online personal fitess program allowed me to overcome depression and anxiety in a way that was much easier than I imagined it would be. My self esteem has been boosted along with my knowledge of nutrition and what to eat along with the daily workouts I needed to do.
 
This was my first round, but I look forward to taking part in future rounds of #Commit2Fit. I tell people about it all the time because I have been so impressed with it.  Kyra is amazing and I’m so glad I reached out when I did. Thank you, Kyra!!
