Orange Ginger Beef and Broccoli

Do you like Chinese food but still like to fit into your skinny jeans? Do you like delicious foods but still want to feel good about yourself on your upcoming vacation? That’s what I thought.. eat this Orange Ginger Beef and Broccoli one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes.. it’s way better than take out.
Ingredients:
12 ounces 93% lean ground beef
4 cups broccoli
2 packets Stevia
2 ounces pickled ginger (or quarter cup)
4 T coconut oil
4 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
4 T vinegar
4 T diced onion
2 T red pepper flakes
2 tsp orange extract
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp hot chili sauce (I used Sriracha brand)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except beef and broccoli in a bowl. Add to pan and heat until smoking.
Add beef and broccoli until beef is cooked through and broccoli is steamed. Cook on medium heat with lid on large frying pan to keep in moisture.
