Pork Chops
These pork chops, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, take very little effort to prepare. Get them in the over, set your timer then go workout.
Clean eating, Paleo, Primal, low carb, gluten free, grain free, dairy and lactose free
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each)
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops. Brown chops in oil then place each of the chops on a large piece of heavy foil. Layer each with onions and close foil into tight pouches then place on baking sheet and bake at 425* for 30 minutes.
