Rubbed Down Steak Tips
Great marinade for steaks for the mini grill. You may make some new friends at your tailgate with the smell of delicious grilled steak. So try these rubbed down steak tips, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes.
Clean eating, Paleo, Primal, gluten free, grain free, low carb, dairy and lactose free
Ingredients:
16 oz lean steak like sirloin or filet
4 T olive oil
4 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
4 T fresh diced onion
4 tsp Italian seasoning
4 tsp minced garlic
4 tsp black truffle oil
Directions:
Cut steak into small two-bite-size pieces.
Add all ingredients to a zip lock bag and toss so steak is covered with the rub. Let marinade up to two hours, then cook to your desire.
