If you’ve ever struggled with motivation to train, you need to watch this video..

I haven’t struggled with a lack of motivation to workout in years. But my goals have changed recently and so has my reasoning for wanting to train so things have felt different.

One of the first things you can do, which is what I did, is hire a coach. They can create a new protocol for you and hold you accountable.

You can force yourself to just keep going and rely on the discipline you have created. That works fine short term but there’s a possibility you’ll begin resenting the way you train, or training in and of itself.

You can switch things up. If every time you go for a run you feel hateful and unhappy, switch things up and maybe try spin class or go to Pilates.

You always need to evaluate your goals though. They can shift and as they do, you need to be aware so you can shift with them.

As a coach this is part of how I help my clients. Learn more about my coaching program at commit2fitcoaching.com
I keep people happy while they also stick to some form of near-daily exercise so they can achieve their goals in a happy and healthy manner.

Your Coach,
Kyra
