Honey Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Need more veggies? You will get tons in this dish because you won’t want to stop eating them.

Ingredients:

1 pound of brussels sprouts

4 pieces of bacon

1 T honey

Directions:

Fry bacon in pan, save grease.  While the bacon is cooking, cut ends off of brussels sprouts and cut in half length-wise then place in large bowl.  After bacon is done cooking break bacon into small pieces, pour the liquid bacon grease on the brussels spouts, add the bacon pieces and honey.  Mix well so that all brussels sprouts are covered evenly with bacon grease and honey.

Roast in oven on tin foil lined baking sheet for 24 minutes at 350 degrees, or until tender.
