Ab Exercises on Rings

There are six variations of ab exercises on the rings in this video.

The first three are from low plank where you are on your forearms (elbows directly below shoulders and abs and quads engaged) and your feet are secured in in the rings. You will either bring both knees toward your chest simultaneously or alternating. The third variation is a pike where you will keep your knees straight but you will bend at the hips so they go high in the air and your feet will come toward your face, and your head will go toward your feet, through your shoulders.

The next group of three variations are the exact same, but from high plank, so your wrists, elbows and shoulders are all in one straight line.
