Balsamic Glazed Asparagus

You could also make this Balsamic Glazed Asparagus, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, glaze and add it to grilled or baked asparagus as well.

Ingredients:

Bunch of asparagus (approximately 40 large spears)

4 T balsamic vinegar

1 – 2 stevia packets

Directions:

Mix balsamic and stevia (use more for sweeter flavor.)

Place asparagus in cooking pan with lid, add balsamic mixture and steam for 10 minutes or until done.
