Kristin Slowed Down, Did Less But Built More

When I began working with Kristin, she wanted to do it all. She was a big time overachiever and I knew it would be tough to get her to relax and trust the process. But I actually love working with people like this. She had a lot of questions but she wants to do everything right. After a year she got injured and was forced to slow down, but never stopped. She honed in on healthy eating, became more mindful while lifting and she didn't gain fat, in fact she built muscle! I was so proud of her and still am. Here is her story..
