This Blueberry Muffin Smoothie, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or a mid-day snack to give you tons of energy.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup gluten free oats
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Ice

 

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
