Burpee to Broad Jump

Start standing and jump your feet back to a high plank position. Jump your feet back in and stand, then at the same time, load up and jump forward as far as you can. That is one rep.

Burpee to broad jumps are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase explosiveness and boost your heart rate.
