Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Clean Eating, Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose and Dairy Free.
Batch cook these chocolate chip banana muffins, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, to have a sweet treat on hand to indulge while staying healthy.
Ingredients:
1 cup bananas, mashed (about 2 1/2 medium bananas)
1 large egg
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tbsp stevia, splenda or sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular flour
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
