Coconut and Almond Flour Breaded Chicken

 

These Coconut and Almond Flour Breaded Chicken, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is a perfect protein you can batch cook this chicken and bring it with you for lunch every day paired with a salad. These taste great cool so you don’t have to heat them up, but they are their tastiest right out of the oven.

You could even cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and serve on toothpicks if you are having friends over for a healthy snack.

 

 

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breasts

1 cup almond flour

1 cup organic shredded coconut

1/2 cup egg whites

Hot sauce to taste

 

 

Directions:

Cut all excess fat and tendons off of chicken breasts, and cut into strips.

Mix almond flour and coconut in a bowl.

Dip chicken in egg whites then dip in almond/ coconut mixture and place onto cookie sheet.

Drizzle hot sauce on chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and coconut/ almond mixture is slightly crispy.
