Crockpot BBQ Pork

This Crockpot BBQ Pork, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is a simple recipe that you can throw together in a few minutes to have that evening. It will give you a break from the chicken and fish.

 

 

Ingredients:
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
16oz container tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/3 cup light organic agave nectar
3 tbsp. white organic distilled vinegar
3 T onion powder
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 Little Pigs All Natural BBQ Seasoning, season to taste

 

Directions:
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat easily pulls apart.
