Dill Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potato fries are the best things EVER. This clean eating recipe is vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, grain free, gluten free, Paleo and Primal.

Ingredients:
2 – 3 sweet potatoes (approximately 12 ounces)
3 T coconut oil
2T freeze dried dill seasoning or fresh dill finely chopped
sea salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cut off ends of sweet potato, then slice into fries, leaving the skin on. Add SP to plastic bag. Heat coconut oil so it is liquified then add it to bag of SP, also adding dill and salt. Toss so all of the SP is evenly coated then place on baking sheets.
Bake for 25+ minutes until fries are cooked to your liking, they should be tender, then you can broil them for an additional 3 minutes to crisp them.

Do not over crowd the baking sheet as this will not allow the fries to crisp.
