Do You Have Muscle Under a Layer of Fat? My friend Ally does. She follows workout routines 4 – 5 times a week that have her lifting weights and doing cardio. She can feel her muscle, but she can’t see it. So we began discussing her nutrition and she said the only thing that has ever helped her lose some fat is by grossly reducing her calories, but that doesn’t last very long. Here are my suggestions as the best way to lose weight for her:
