Egg Fried Rice
Do you ever get the craving for Chinese?  This egg fried rice, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is easier than take-out!

Clean eating, gluten free, vegetarian, dairy and lactose free

 

Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 cup mixed frozen oriental stir fry vegetables
1/2 cup minute brown rice

 

Directions:
Fry eggs in pan.
Microwave rice & veggies.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
