Post Workout Eggnog Smoothie

 

Vegetarian, lactose free, clean eating, lowfat
I only advise having this Post Workout Eggnog Smoothie, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, after a tough workout because the sugar is so high.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 scoop About Time vanilla whey (use the code KWF for 25% off)
3/4 cup coconut milk eggnog
1/4 cup unsweetened original coconut milk
Ice

Directions:
Add to blender and blend.
