Energy Shake (Everything and the Kitchen Sink)

 

Clean eating, vegetarian, low fat
This Energy shake, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is awesome because it has casein AND whey protein.  Plus a serving of veggies and fruit for tons of long-lasting energy.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop About Time vanilla whey (use the code KWF for 25% off)
1/2 banana (best frozen)
1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup raspberries (best frozen)
Ice

Directions:
Blend.
