Fiesta Bowl
Clean eating,gluten free, grain free, low carb
We make this in our house at least once a week because we are busy folks. And busy folks need quick, yet healthy food. This is it. This is what you are looking for. Not for after training sessions as it’s high in fat content and low in carbs. This Fiesta Bowl, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, will keep you full for the night though for sure!
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 avocados
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 small onion, chopped
8 cups shredded cole slaw (cabbage)
1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
4oz plain, 2% greek yogurt
Mrs. Dash Salt Free Southwest Chipotle, to taste
Hot sauce of choice, to taste
Directions:
Fry ground beef with chopped onion and Mrs. Dash until cooked.
Slice and dice avocados and tomatoes.
Start by adding 2 cups lettuce to each bowl, then add 1 oz greek yogurt, 4 oz beef, 1/4 cup cheese, and a fourth of the tomatoes and avocado that you’ve sliced up.
Then add as much hot sauce as you want!
