Fiesta Wraps
A take on the fiesta bowl, but this time it’s in a wrap and we are adding carbs, and decreasing the fat to make it a great post workout meal.  Keep in mind, these wraps do contain gluten, so feel free to use a gluten free brand.  I love having two wraps, but if that amount of protein overwhelms you, omit the beans or make one wrap and one bowl.
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey
8 Joseph’s wraps (2/ serving)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
8 cups shredded cole slaw (cabbage)
1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
4oz plain, 2% greek yogurt
Mrs. Dash Salt Free Southwest Chipotle, to taste
Hot sauce of choice, to taste
Directions:
Fry ground turkey with chopped onion, peppers and beans and Mrs. Dash until cooked.
Slice and dice tomatoes.  Wrap individual tortilla in wet paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds.
Add a cup of lettuce to each wrap, then add 1 oz greek yogurt, 4 oz turkey/ pepper/ onion/ bean mixture, 1/4 cup cheese, and a fourth of the tomatoes that you’ve sliced up.
Then add as much hot sauce as you want, fold and devour.
