Trish has been a client in some capacity for over four years. She has worked with me for lifting, cardio, clean eating meal plan, 1:1 coaching, just doing little challenges.. you name it!

 

 

Since we started together I’ve helped her get into lifting, follow a clean eating meal plan while doing an entire kitchen renovation (aka, no kitchen for several months), stay on a daily workout program when adjusting to going back to work, and then find balance with eating after being hardcore keto for several months.

 

 

I’ve watched Trish take care of everyone else around her, only giving herself a second thought at the end of a long week, and after years of trial and error, she has finally found her version of balance and it shows.

I found Kyra on Facebook by accident. I was looking at some fitness folks’ stuff, aka, stalking, and Kyra had commented on something and so I stalked her. I liked that she wasn’t some stick thin girl with gray genes, she worked your ass off for it.

 

So I kept thinking I need to do something besides just run, because that’s all I ever did. So one day I just decided to sign up for daily workouts and see how it went.

 

 

I have never been disappointed in anything I’ve purchased. Disappointed in myself sometimes for not sticking to it 110% or completely falling off the wagon. It’s been a process and having the support/chat groups has been amazing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even if I don’t post much I read everyone’s success and setbacks and recovery. It’s encouraging to know we all go through this crazy mess called life and no one is perfect at it but we get up every single day and move forward. I know I’m not going to be perfect. I’m gonna miss a day or two or even three and when my daughter makes delicious chocolate chip cookies I’m having one or two. That’s reality, and it’s ok with me, tomorrow is another day.

 

 

Over the last four years, I have learned so much about myself. I have learned how to deal better with stress. I have looked more seriously at food and how it relates to disease.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And to think.. it all started with a little stalking….
