Frog Hops
Begin frog hops by squatting down while keeping your chest up but your butt below parallel, then leap forward with both feet, staying as low as you can.
Frog Hops are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase explosiveness and boost your heart rate as well as your leg and glute strength.
