Front Raises

Start with dumbbells in each hand and the backs of your hands up. Raise your arms so they are parallel to the ground, then lower down the same way. You can do one at a time, alternating or together.

Front raises are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are great for increasing shoulder strength and stability.
