You Will Receive The Help I Never Had
How long is the program?
This is a 12-week (3-month) coaching commitment. True, lasting results take time, and this gives us the space to build consistency, adjust your plan as needed, and help you create habits that stick.
How much does it cost and how does payment work?
The program is $155 per month, with a three-month minimum commitment. Payments are billed automatically every 30 days from your sign-up date. You can pay with any major credit or debit card through a secure checkout.
When can I get started?
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive an intake form so I can learn about your goals, lifestyle, and current habits. Once you complete it, I’ll review everything and begin putting together your personalized plan. You’ll receive your full program within 2 business days.
Do I need to track macros or calories?
Only if it makes sense for your goals and mindset. I’ll guide you on the best method for you, whether that’s tracking, structured templates, or mindful eating strategies.
What if I have a really busy schedule?
That’s exactly who this program is for. Everything is designed to fit into your life—not take it over. We’ll build your plan around your real schedule, not an ideal one.
Do I need to go to a gym or can I work out at home?
You can do either! Your workouts will be customized based on the equipment you have—whether it’s a full gym or just a pair of dumbbells in your living room.
Will I get a meal plan?
You’ll get a custom nutrition plan built around your current intake, goals, and preferences—plus flexible meal templates and recipes to make it easy to follow without feeling restricted.
What kind of support do I get from you?
You’ll have direct support via email anytime Mon - Fri. We also have set bi-weekly email check-ins, where we’ll review your progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track. You’ll also submit progress photos every 6 weeks to help us visually assess results and make necessary tweaks. I’m here to guide you with thoughtful feedback and clear next steps—no guesswork needed.
I’ve tried other programs and didn’t stick with them. How is this different?
