Step Five - Fill Out the Questionnaire
Download the online personal training questionnaire here, fill it out and send email it back to me. Click here to download.
Step Six - Take Your Starting Photos
Take three photos. They should be full body from the front, back and one side. They can be mirrors selfies or with a timer. Please wear shorts and a sports bra or a bikini. Send these to me with your questionnaire to Kyra@KyraWilliamsFitness.com.
Step Seven - Add Your Name & Email to the List Below
This will allow you to receive emails from me regarding your membership, coaching, accountability, etc.
