Good Morning with Dumbbell

Begin by holding a dumbbell behind your neck, comfortably, with two hands. Your legs should be pretty straight but can have a slight bend at the knee. Push your butt back until you feel your hamstrings stretch, then come back up to stand, squeezing your glutes.
