Ingredients:

11 dried ancho chilies

1 red bell peppers

3 fresno peppers

4 guajillo peppers

1/2 habanero pepper

1 tsp dried mint

1/2 tsp caraway seed

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp coriander

1T vegetable oil

2T extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

5 garlic cloves

1 lemon

 
Directions:

Remove seeds from all peppers
